Membership Eligibility

Paid subscriptions and premium memberships are intended only for investigators and investigative agencies that satisfy A.R.I.E.S.'s published eligibility and verification requirements.

Where applicable, A.R.I.E.S. may verify licensing, business identity, or other qualifications before approving a paid membership.

A.R.I.E.S. reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or terminate memberships or verification status at its discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.

Subscription Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance.

All subscription purchases are considered final, and refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

If a monthly subscription renews on the first day of each month and is canceled before the next renewal date, membership benefits will continue through the remainder of the paid billing period. No additional charges will occur unless the member chooses to subscribe again.

The same policy applies to annual memberships. If an annual membership is canceled before its renewal date, membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid annual term and will not automatically renew.
